Condolence: To Phyllis' Family

So sorry to hear of her passing. When she worked at the courthouse in the County Clerk's office, I got to know her. I worked for the Combined Services Board in the basement of the courthouse. I had much contact with her in the Clerk's office. She was such a pleasant person and was always smiling.

I always enjoyed driving by her beautiful gardens.

My deepest sympathy to you all.
