Message: An amazing Uncle, God Father and Friend, Art taught me many things over the years. He wasn't just a great man, but so much more than that; he was the kind of man many of us (myself included) aspire to be one day. The love and compassion he had for his family and friends was unequaled, he was one of the most kind-hearted people I have ever known. No matter how bad your day was going, he could always bring a smile to your face. I think the best thing I can say about Art is that he has, and continues to, make me want to be a better person. I can't think of a more positive impact someone can have on your life than to make you want to better yourself. To be that kind of role model is something very few people can achieve, yet Art excelled at it. I will cherish my fond memories with Art (yay flush!), and try and pass down my lessons learned from him as well as his kindness to my children. He was an amazing person and will be very deeply missed. My heart goes out to Shelley, Kayla, Russell and Casey. We love all you guys and are always here to help in any way we can.
