Obituary for Wayne Buddy Larison

Wayne Buddy  Larison
Fence-Wayne Buddy Larison, age 83, of Fence, Wisc., passed away Monday, August 8, 2016 at Maryhill Manor Nursing Home in Niagara, Wisc.

He was born December 25, 1932 in Terre Haute, Ind., to the late Wayne C. and Edythe (Clark) Larison. Buddy grew up and attended school in Chicago. He owned and operated the Fin & Feather Tavern in Chicago for many years. Buddy moved to Armstrong Creek in 1976 and owned and operated the Fin & Feather Tavern there until 1978 when he retired.

He enjoyed stock car racing at an early age, reloading shells, hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, the outdoors and especially the time he spent with his family and friends.

Buddy is survived by one son, Doug (Jeanette) Larison, Fence, Wisc.; one daughter, Gail West, Texas; one step-daughter, Cathy (“Stormy”) Murdaugh, Ill.; four grandchildren, Michael, Angelica, Abby and Boone, many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents Buddy was preceded in death by one brother, Jack and one sister, Betty Esdale.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 12, 2016 at Fence Cemetery, Fence, Wisc. Rev. Tim Smith will officiate.
