My prayers go out to all of Joann's family. I had the pleasure of working with Joann for 12 years at the Manor. Joann was with epitome of what a CNA should be. She was kind and gentle and those she cared for looked forward to seeing her daily. She lived that way outside of work and would drop what she was doing to help a friend in need. In my entire lifetime I have never met anybody so truly loyal, loving and good. She will be missed by all who knew her.
