Obituary for Carol J. Peacock (Rosner)

Carol J.  Peacock (Rosner)
Carol J. Peacock, 66, of Ralph, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at her home.

She was born March 6, 1949, daughter of the late Richard and Jean (DeZetter) Rosner.

Carol grew up in Chicago, Ill., and graduated from Schurz High School, Class of 1965. She married Perry Peacock on November 30, 1965, in Chicago. They would have celebrated their Fiftieth Anniversary this year. They resided in Addison, Ill., from 1965 until they moved to Ralph in 2005. Carol worked for First Penn Pacific Life Insurance as Vice President, working in Oak Brook and then Schaumburg, Ill.

She enjoyed knitting, crafts, the outdoors and the time she spent with her family and friends.

Carol is survived by her loving husband, Perry; one son, Perry Peacock, Jr., Minn.; one daughter, Wendy Peacock, Wood Dale, Ill. and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In accordance with Carol’s wishes, private family services were held.

Memorials can be made to the Dickinson County Cancer Closet, 1401 Carpenter Ave., Iron Mountain, MI 49801, in Carol’s memory.

The family has chosen the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain to honor Carol’s Legacy of Life.
