My Condolences from myself and the whole Juul family on the passing of Frank. since I was a kid and have grown now into a bit older man Frank was a friend and a positive influence on my life and taught me a few thing over the course of time that I have passed on to my kids. Wisdom. My family is better for it. He always had time to talk, listen and say positive things that made you feel pretty good about yourself. I will miss seeing him and talking to him. they don't make'em like him anymore. It was a honor for me that he was my friend.

Though we only met a couple of years ago, we have enjoyed his kindness, his politeness, his sincere humbleness, and genuine gratefulness. I have known Frank for over 20 years. We had plenty of interaction through the counter at Wittock. There wasn't a time when I would see him that he didn't ask how I was doing, and meant it genuinely.
