Kingsford- Walter E. Alm, 73, of Kingsford, Mich., passed away Friday, August 15, 2025, at his home.

He was born November 21, 1951, in Kingsford, Mich., son of the late Walter and Eleanor (Anderson) Alm. Walter grew up and attended school in Kingsford. He worked for the UP Special Delivery from 1996 until 2016 on the loading dock.

Walter enjoyed gambling, doing yard work, playing cards, darts and pool, and feeding the local wildlife.

Survivors include his significant other, Becky Fink of Kingsford, Mich., and by a sister, Angel Hiller of Escanaba, Mich., numerous step-brothers, step-sisters, nieces, and nephews

In addition to his parents, Walter was preceded in death by brothers, Jerry Alm and Arnold Berger Jr.; and by a sister, Sandra Ruatti.

In accordance with Walter's wishes, private family services will be held.
