Pembine- Victoria A. "Vicki" Verette, 65, of Pembine, Wis., passed away Thursday, April 22, 2021, at Dickinson County Healthcare, Iron Mountain, Mich. She was born April 12, 1956, in Milwaukee, Wis., daughter of the late Donald and Elizabeth (Sanfilippo) Rollins. Vicki grew up in Milwaukee and graduated from Madison High School, Milwaukee, Wis., class of 1974. She was employed at De Marini's Restaurant in Menominee Falls, Wis., for over 19 years, retiring in 2017. Vicki married Clifford Verette on August 23, 2018, in Marinette, Wis. They resided in Pembine. Vicki enjoyed many hobbies, including cooking, canning, baking, gardening, traveling on her motorcycle, hunting deer, and everything the outdoors had to offer. She was a member of the Longriders Motorcycle Club. Vicki will be missed by her family and numerous friends. Survivors include her husband, Clifford; one son, Allen Verette, Milwaukee, Wis.; two daughters, Britney "Bee" (Dan) Vincent, Menominee Falls, Wis. and Amy (Will) Peterson, Milwaukee, Wis.; three sisters, Cindi Malzewski, East Moline, Ill, Valorie (Joseph) Schleicher, New Berlin, Wis., and Lisa (Todd) Moen, Phelan, Calif.; four grandchildren, Izzy, Jake, Taylor and Alexis; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Vicki was preceded in death by one brother, David Rollins, and one sister, Jeannie Lewis. A celebration of Vicki's life will be announced by the family in the near future.
