Veva Lee CRYSTAL FALLS — Veva C. Lee, 95, of Crystal Falls, died Monday, Dec. 2, 2002, at Crystal Manor Nursing Home in Crystal Falls. Veva was born Jan. 27, 1907, in Kendall, Wis., daughter of the late Owen and Elizabeth (Taylor) Sheeran. She grew up and attended school in Milwaukee. She and her husband, Dennis lived in the Milwaukee area until moving to Crystal Falls in 1964. Dennis preceded her in death in 1993. Veva was a member of Guardian Angels Catholic Church in Crystal Falls. She is survived by two sons, Thomas (Rose Marie) Lee of Mosinee, Wis. and Michael Lee of Lafayette, La.; a brother, Max Sheeran of Florida; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Timothy; and two sisters, Stella LaPorte and Claire Minter. Visitation will be held Thursday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home in Crystal Falls. Prayers will be recited Thursday at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home and the Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. at Guardian Angels Catholic Church in Crystal Falls. Fr. Raymond Zeugner will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Crystal Falls. The Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home of Crystal Falls is serving the family.
