Florence- Thomas H. Kazukiewicz, 69, of Florence, Wis., passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at Florence Health Services, Florence, Wis. He was born June 14, 1951, in Buffalo, New York, son of the late Henry J. and Irene S. (Lachman) Kazukiewicz. Tom graduated from Bishop Ryan High School, class of 1969, in Buffalo, New York. Following graduation, he proudly served in the United States Army. On August 13, 1971, at Corpus Christi Church in Buffalo, New York, Tom was united in marriage to Mary Szramko. She preceded him in death on September 6, 2020. He worked at Systems Control for over 20 years before retiring. Tom enjoyed astrophotography, looking through his telescope, fixing computers, fishing, and puttering around the house. He especially enjoyed the time spent with family and friends. Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Marie (Michael) Gasiecki, Statesboro, Georgia; and one grandson, Austin Thomas Gasiecki. Private family services will be held. Per Tom's wishes, he asks everyone to hang out an American Flag on Flag Day, which is also his birthday, in remembrance of him.
