Theresa A. Nault, 99, of Iron Mountain, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at Freeman Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Kingsford. She was born May 17, 1916, in Iron Mountain, daughter of the late John and Giudita (Branz) Carollo. Theresa was a lifelong resident of Iron Mountain and resided on the family farm in the Lake Antoine area. She married Lionel Nault in 1937; he preceded her in death on March 19, 1945, while serving our country in World War II. Theresa owned and operated Theresa's Supper Club in Marinette, Wis. during the late fifties. She was an active and devoted member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Iron Mountain. Theresa enjoyed cooking, nature, exercising and spending time with her family. Theresa is survived by one daughter, Sophia Judy Firewalker, Colorado Springs, Colo.; six grandchildren, William "Bill" Secinaro, Sandra Corr, Phillip Toomes, Daniel Toomes, Maria Polischeck and Chris Toomes; many great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her husband, Lionel, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Marianne Jennings; one brother, John Carollo and two sisters, Ann Menucci and Ange Giachino. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, Iron Mountain. Msgr. James Kaczmarek will officiate.
