Iron Mountain
Theodore "Ted" Berry, 53, of Spread Eagle, Wisconsin, died Friday, September 26, 2003, at his home with family and friends at his side.
Ted was born May 30, 1950 in Howell, Michigan. He graduated from Howell High School and his life's work was as a builder. He loved wood and his finished work was a thing of beauty in which he took great pride. Ted loved his family and the outdoors, especially bird hunting.
Ted married Lisa Brouillette in 1991 and they resided in Spread Eagle with their son, Glenn. Ted was preceded in death by his father Glenn R. Berry, his nephew Todd Park, and his brother-in-law Joe Brouillette.
Ted is survived by his wife Lisa; two sons, Jim (Angela) Berry, of Casper, Wyoming, and Glenn F. Berry, at home; one daughter, Stacey (Steve) Lucas, of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania; his mother, Margaret Berry of East Lansing; sisters, Patricia (Dick) Twiss of Yakima, Washington, Peggy (Bill) Park of Howell, Michigan, Aileen (Lou) Judd of Fowlerville, Rita (Ray) Ward of Howell, Mary Theresa (Jim) Savage of East Lansing, Martha (Dan) Friend of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; and brothers; Tom (Pat) Berry of Central Lake, Jim (Denise) Berry of Howell and an honorary brother Ted (Betty) Christensen of Bradbury, California.
Ted is survived by four grandchildren, Bridger and Keegan Berry, Peter and Gabriel Lucas. Ted is also survived by many nieces and nephews, a large and loving family, and great friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 2nd from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home in Iron Mountain. A funeral mass will be said at Immaculate Conception Church in Iron Mountain, on Friday October 3rd at 9:00 a.m. Msgr. James Kaczmarek will officiate.
