Obituary

Florence- Terry Lee Michaud, 70, of Florence, Wisc., passed away Saturday, April 11, 2026, at his home.

He was born March 4, 1956, in Iron Mountain, Mich., son of the late Gerald and Rose (Jackson) Michaud. Terry grew up in Iron Mountain and graduated from Florence High School. He worked as a carpenter for many years.

Terry was known for taking his grandchildren to 32 Flavors for the biggest bowls of Blue Moon Ice Cream. His family has cherished memories of fishing, hunting, and swimming, building things with wood, and working on cars. Terry enjoyed the country life and standing up for what he thought was right. He always protected his family and will be missed dearly by them.

Survivors include his daughter, Lisa (Bob) Jepson; sisters, Grace (David) Hittunen and Joan Mier; granddaughter, Karlee Christensen; step-daughters, Jennifer Webber and Janneice Webber; and by grandchildren, Lashea Webber and Shyanne Opsahl.

In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by a grandson, Drew Christensen; one brother, Gary Michaud; and one sister, Norma Apolskis.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain, Mich. The funeral service will follow at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
