Terrie Lynn "Tattoo Terrie" Pavlat, 55, of Iron Mountain, went to be with the Angels Wednesday, December 21, 2011, at her home.
She was born December 27, 1955, in China Lake, Calif., daughter of Donald and Darlene (Griffin) Auradou. Terrie grew up and attended school in California. She moved to Iron River in 1981, and resided there until 1984, when she moved to the Iron Mountain area. Terrie married Joseph Pavlat in 1994, in Iron Mountain.
Terrie's artistic talents encompassed all mediums including cooking, drawing, sewing, designing, gardening, and making floral arrangements. She loved riding as well as driving Harley Davidsons and thoroughly enjoyed her trip to Sturgis with Terry and Gretchen Unrein.
She will be forever missed by her children, grandchildren, and numerous friends. She also took the role "Grandma Terrie", "Mom", "Sister", "Aunt", and "Friend" to many other families and their children because she had so much love to give.
Terrie is survived by her husband, Joseph, Iron Mountain; parents, Donald and Darlene Auradou, Healdsburg, Calif.; five daughters, Darlene Dunkes, Niagara, Rhianna Uehrke, Calif., Jennifer (Mark Liebeck) Wescher, Kewaunee, Wis., Cyrstal (Phil Wentz) Wescher, Iron Mountain, Charity (Jason Helker) Wescher, Kingsford; one step-son, Joseph Pavlat, Jr., Iron Mountain; four brothers, Ron (Alma) Auradou, Wyo., Rick (Diane) Auradou, Calif., Steve (Kelly) Auradou, Ariz., Mike (Judy) Auradou, Calif.; eight grandchildren, Amanda, Brittany, Brianna, Pixi, Sunnie, Willow, Tyler, Nautica Skyler; special friends, Donald Beery and Sarah McDarment, both of Iron Mountain, Steve Roy, Escanaba, Gary Paquette, Aurora, Tom Uehrke, Calif.; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis St. Clair; and one son, David Bonner, Jr.; and one son-in-law, Homer "Guy" Dunkes.
The visitation will be Tuesday, December 27, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain. The funeral service will be held 12:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home. Rev. James Danielson will officiate. Burial will be in Cemetery Park, Iron Mountain.
