Florence- Tena L. Thomas, 65, of Florence, Wisc., passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Thursday, October 22, 2026, following a long and courageous battle with cancer for the past 23 years.

Tena loved anything outdoors, especially camping, fishing, and family picnics, and let's not forget the Mud Trucks! She also loved listening to all kinds of music.

Tena is survived by her loving husband, Randy Thomas; twin sons, Alan and Jeremy Thomas who were her world; sister, Tonja Phalin; brother, Todd (Karen) Phalin; stepmom, Kae Phalin; step-sister, Vanessa Phalin; step-brother, Aaron Phalin; several nieces and nephews whom she adored; and too many family and friends to list. She is further survived by a special young man, Colton A. Petraska, who helped so very much with her care and will be remembered for his awesome love and kindness.

Tena was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

Tena will be greatly missed by many friends and family who loved her wholeheartedly.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
