Stephanie Kay Snyder, 26, Gwinn, Mich., formerly of Crystal Falls, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2008, at Marquette General Hospital, Marquette, Mich. She was born April 28, 1982, in Crystal Falls, daughter of Larry Anderson and Theresa (Bortolini) Lato. Steph was raised in Crystal Falls and graduated from Forest Park High School in 2001. She married Doug Snyder on April 28, 2006. They resided in Gwinn. Steph enjoyed hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and all outdoor activities. Her favorite flowers were yellow roses and purple carnations. She was a hydraulic mechanic for a local trucking company and absolutely hated doing the dishes and wearing dresses. She was a true "Tommy Boy!" She is survived by her husband, Doug, Gwinn; mother, Theresa Lato, Crystal Falls; father, Larry (friend, Sandy) Anderson, Crystal Falls; three sisters, Michelle Lato, Crystal Falls, Kara and Madelyn Anderson, both of Iron River; two brothers, Timothy and Nicholas Lato, both of Crystal Falls; three uncles, John Anderson, Mark (Betty) Anderson, Larry (Rebacca) Bortolini, all of Crystal Falls. Stephanie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Nora Bortolini, Bill and Jane Anderson.
