Crystal Falls-Ruth J. Kellogg, 67, of Crystal Falls, Mich., passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at Aspirus Hospital, Iron River, Mich. She was born December 9, 1949, in Stambaugh, Mich., daughter of the late Willard and Nancy (Puckett) Carlson. Ruth attended and graduated from Stambaugh High School. She worked as a CNA for 30 years and was a member of the River Church in Iron River, Mich. She enjoyed watching television and movies, country music, traveling and dogs. She is survived by two sons, Jerome "J' Panick, Crystal Falls and Dustin LaFrancis, Washington; one daughter, Rebecca LaFrancis, Midland, Mich.; one brother, Jerry (Freida) Carlson, Iron River, Mich.; two sisters, Shirley Carlson, California and Sue Guzowski, Iron River, Mich.; one grandson, Jerome Panicks Jr., Washington; and special friends, Mike & Peggy Pollard, Roy, Utah.
