Ruth P. Daleen, 77, of Channing, died Thursday, April 5, 2007, at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital, Iron Mountain. She was born January 9, 1930, in St. Louis, Mo., daughter of the late Anton and Barbara (Jerhoff) Wagner. On July 22, 1951, in Detroit, she married Dennis Daleen. He survives. Survivors, besides her husband Dennis Daleen, Channing, include two daughters, Linda (Ron) Coop, Flat Rock, Lois (Tom Pool) Daleen, Channing; three grandchildren, Ernie Vroman, Dawn Vroman, Dennis Rice; and four great-grandchildren, Aaron Rice, Ileina Vroman, Rebecca Vroman and Tarisa McLaughlin. Visitation will be 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, April 7, 2007, at the Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home, Crystal Falls.
