Russell C. Kemps, 79, of Argonne, Wis. passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010, at Golden Living Center, Florence. He was born August 1, 1930, in Neenah, son of the late Henry and Jeannette (Miller) Kemps. On December 30, 1960, in Appleton he married Lois Seager. She survives. Russ was a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard, 1953 – 1956, and the U.S. Army, 1956 – 1958. He was a sales representative and retired in 1990 due to health reasons from Acme Machell of Waukesha, Wisconsin. Survivors include his wife, Lois Kemps, Argonne; step-son, Dennis Seager, Stillwater, Okla.; step-daughter, Deborah (Robert) Grunwald, Dale; three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Don (Trudy) Kemps, Neskoro, Ralph (Karen) Kemps, Neenah; one sister, Marion Fast, Hendersonville, N.C.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
