Florence- Ruby A Carr, 68, of Florence, Wis., passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at her home.
She was born January 20, 1954, in Milwaukee, Wis., daughter of George and Celeste (Rozman) Quick. Ruby grew up in California and graduated from Kearny High School, class of 1972. She moved to Pembine, Wis., in 1992. Ruby was united in marriage to Larry Carr on September 21, 2001. She had various jobs, including bartending in Pembine, working at both Pride and a nursing home, and Goodman Veneer.
Ruby enjoyed gardening and watching hummingbirds.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Carr; one son, Donald Lilley Jr., Iron Mountain, Mich.; mother, Celeste, Florida; granddaughter, Makayla; special cousin, Deanie Quick, Kingsford, Mich.; and other family members.
Ruby was preceded in death by her father, George.
In accordance with Ruby's wishes, private family services will be held.
