Roxanne Renee Church, 45, of Aurora, Wis., passed away Thursday, June 11, 2009, at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital, Iron Mountain.
Roxanne was born June 12, 1963, in Iron Mountain, Mich., daughter of Richard and Carol Gauthier. Roxanne grew up in Kingsford and graduated from Kingsford High School, Class of 1981. Roxanne married Glen Church on December 9, 1989, at St. Mary and St. Joseph Catholic Church, Iron Mountain. After being married, they resided in Aurora.
She was a longtime member of the Aurora-Homestead Rescue Squad.
Roxanne enjoyed many hobbies including, attending her children's sporting events and activities, entertaining others, camping, and shopping. She was a fun-loving person who was always a joy to be around.
She enjoyed the time she spent with her sister. She loved her special dog, Teddy.
Roxanne is survived by, her loving husband, Glen; mother, Carol Gauthier, Kinsgford; her son, Glenn; daughter, Samantha, both at home; two sisters, Michele (Jim) Skoglund, Appleton, Wis., Kris (Rob) Lindstrom, DePere, Wis.; two sisters-in-law, Linda (Bob) Fraker, Lisa (Art) Breithaupt, both of Aurora; one brother-in-law, Ted (Sherrie) Johnson, Aurora; father-in-law, Clifford Church, Aurora; two special nieces, Kirsten Skoglund, Emily Lindstrom; two special nephews, Luke Skoglund, Tony Lindstrom; many other nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Roxanne was preceded in death by her father, Richard Gauthier; and mother-in-law, Charlotte Church.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 13, 2009, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain. The funeral service will be Saturday, 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Father Raymond Valerio will officiate. Burial will be in Aurora-Homestead Cemetery.
A memorial will be established in her memory.
