Rosemarie Kuehl, 80, of Iron Mountain, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2008, at her home.
She was born May 11, 1927, in Iron Mountain, daughter of the late Louis and Doris (Carollo) Cini. Rosemarie was a lifelong resident of Iron Mountain and a 1947 graduate of Iron Mountain High School.
Together with her parents, Rosemarie owned and operated the Riverside Club in Spread Eagle, Wis. She then owned the Coach Light in Iron Mountain for over 30 years. For the past ten years, Rosemarie worked at Victorian Pines in Iron Mountain.
She is survived by one daughter Christine (Randy Backhaus) Olson, Iron Mountain; two brothers, Louis (Julie) Cini, Alfio (Florence Burgess) Cini, both of Iron Mountain; one sister-in-law, Gladys Cini, Savanna, Ill.; four grandchildren, Chad (Amie) Olson, Corrie Olson, Carl Olson, Calyn Olson, all of Iron Mountain; one great-grandson, Zackary Olson, Iron Mountain; many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Besides her parents, Rosemarie was preceded in death by one brother, Amedio Cini.
Visitation will be Friday, January 25, 2008, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, at Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain. The funeral service will be 6:15pm Friday, at the funeral home. Deacon Don Christy will officiate. Burial will be in Cemetery Park, Iron Mountain.
