Ronald H. Eldred, 62, of Kingsford, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2012, at Dickinson County Healthcare System, Iron Mountain. He was born January 23, 1950, in Detroit, Mich., son of the late Harry and Dorothy (Rinderspacher) Eldred. Ronald grew up in Hazel Park, Mich., and graduated from Hazel Park High School. He worked a short period of time in Hazel Park before moving to Kingsford in 1999. While living in the area, he enjoyed fishing, camping, and especially being outdoors. He is survived by three daughters, Rebecca (Rudy) Sinn, Southgate, Mich., Amy (Brian) Strick, April Eldred, both of Hazel Park; three sisters, Dorothy Arbaugh, Warren, Mich., Sharon (Jim) Pickard, Livonia, Mich., Diane (Richard) Legeret, Iron Mountain; seven grandchildren, Hannah, Benjamin, Tiffany, Jake, Savannah, Justin, Abigail; numerous nieces and nephews. Private family visitation and services were held.
