Roland D. Cornelia, 71, Amasa, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2008, at Iron County Hospital, Iron River. He was born October 7, 1936, in Amasa, son of the late, Alfred and Impi (Kaskisto) Cornelia. On November 26, 1958, he married Marcia Lundin in Iron River. Survivors include, his wife, Marcia Cornelia; one son, Don (Carolyn) Cornelia, two daughters, Debra Cornelia, Pamela Cornelia, two grandchildren, Joseph and Ana Cornelia; one brother Conrad (Judith) Cornelia, all of Amasa, and one sister, Deanna Pauers, Milwaukee, Wis. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Leland Cornelia. Visitation, Friday May 2, 2008, 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home, Crystal Falls. Funeral services 2:00 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home. Rev. Douglas Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Hematite Cemetery, Amasa.
