Crystal Falls, MI: Roger William Barry age 48, of 117 High St., Crystal Falls MI, died unexpectedly Thursday, February 6, 2003, at Marquette General Hospital in Marquette, MI. Roger was born on April 05, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois, son of Roger and Alice (Filipczuk) Barry Sr. Roger served our Country in the U.S. Army. He loved helping people and his Country and will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Roger is survived by this wife, Mary. A son Eric of Chicago. A step-daughter Heather Ponchaud. Three step-grandchildren, Cody, Chase, and Casey-Marie Ponchaud of Houghton MI. His mother Alice Marie Barry of Beechwood, MI. Two brothers Joe (Sue) Barry and their children Katie and Joey Jr. All of Evergreen Park, Illinois, and Steve Barry, and his children Kelly, Holly and David all of Lockport, Illinois. Three brother-in laws Stan Soha of Rochford, South Dakota, and Pat Soha of Framingham, Mass. and his children Jenny and Caitlin, Mark (Jeanne) Guidone and their children, Maddy and Libby. He was preceded in death by his his father Roger William Barry Sr. Visitation will be Monday February 10, 2003, from 11a.m. until 12 noon at the Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home in Crystal Falls, MI. Funeral services will be Monday 12 noon at the Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home. Deacon Bernie Kut will officiate.
