Robert A. Portlock, age 53, of Niagara, Wis., passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018, at his home.

He was born September 25, 1965, in Wichita, Kansas, son of Ralph David and Barbara Jean (Whitehead) Portlock. Robert graduated from North Garland High School, Class of 1984. He went on to earn his bachelor's degree from Texas State University, San Marcos, Tex. Robert proudly served in the United States Coast Guard, retiring after 17 years of service due to health issues.

Survivors include his wife, Laura Portlock, Niagara; parents, Barbara Hipsey-Armistea and David (Cathy)Portlock; sons, Chase, Justin and Kyle Portlock; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Robert was preceded in death by his sister, Cheri Kaye Hill in 2002.

Robert left us too early, we miss him and will love him forever.
