Florence- Robert E. "Bob" LeFleur, 74, of Florence, Wis., passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at his home.
He was born February 18, 1948, in Iron Mountain, Mich., to the late Edward E. and Betty J. (Vassar) LeFleur. Bob grew up in Florence and attended school there. He went on to serve in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. After being honorably discharged he returned to the Florence area. He later moved to Menasha, Wis., where he worked for SCA Tissue for over 40 years, retiring in 2009. Bob married Deborah "Deb" Steffen on May 17, 2001 in Appleton, Wis. They moved back to Florence in January of 2009.
Bob was an outdoor enthusiast and a long-time member of the Sagola Township Sportsman Club, where he presently was serving as president. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cutting grass and firewood.
Survivors include his loving wife, Deb LeFleur, Florence, Wis.; two daughters, Nicole and Judy, both of Green Bay, Wis.; one brother, Michael (Cathy) Vassar-LeFleur, Florence, Wis.; three sisters, Maryann (Chris) Voelker, Iron Mountain, Mich., Joey (Chris) Butzen, Milwaukee, Wis., and Mechelle LeFleur, Canton, Mich.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In accordance with Bob's wishes, private family services will be held.
