Prena A. Vross, 84, Florence, Wis., passed away Saturday, October 11, 2008, at Dickinson County Hospital, Iron Mountain. She was born August 25, 1924, in Crystal Falls, daughter of the late Joseph and Angeline (Schiavo) Chervo. On May 12, 1956, she married Adam Vross in Florence. He preceded her in death on November 23, 1995. Survivors include, her daughter Carole Gammey, Florence; two grandchildren, Jeanne Gammey, Green Bay, Wis., Susan (David) Rice, Aurora, Wis.; five great-grandchildren, Krissa, Timothy, Lanie Brasure, Kimberly and Tyler Rice; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, five sisters, Linda Olson, Tressa West, Ann Cachione, Marion Peterson, Rose Conradt, and three brothers, Peter, Jack and Angelo Chervo.
