Niagara: Peggy Lee Kuester age 54 of Niagara, Wisconsin died Friday August 22, 2003 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Peggy was born on August 25, 1948 in Iron Mountain, Michigan daughter of Claude and Evelyn (Edict) Patterson. Peggy grew up in Niagara, Wisconsin and graduated from Niagara High School in 1966. She married the love of her life Jerry Kuester on January 25, 1969 in Niagara at the United Methodist Church. After being married they resided in Green Bay, Wisconsin and Little Suamico until moving back to Niagara in 2002. While in the Green Bay area Peggy worked for Fort Howard Paper Corporation and the Abrams Lumber Company. Most recently Peggy had been employed by the Home Depot in Iron Mountain. She was a member of the Methodist Church in Abrams, Wisconsin before joining the Riverside United Methodist Church in Niagara. Peggy enjoyed fishing and shopping, but most of all she loved going to visit her family and spending time with them.
She is survived by her loving husband of 34yrs Jerry. Two sons Dan (Heather) Kuester of Hermitage, TN., Steve (Sheila) Kuester of New Brighton, MN., One sister Cheri (Roger) Hamilton of Iron Mountain, MI., Her parents Claude and Evelyn Patterson of Niagara, WI., Her mother-in- law Dorothy Kuester of Breitung Twp., One grandson Gavin. Two brothers -in-law John Kuester of Niagara and Jim Kuester of Milwaukee. One sister- in-law Connie (Dave) Payette of Kingsford, MI. Many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceded by her Father-in-law George Kuester.
Visitation will be Tuesday August 26, 2003 from 4-8PM at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Niagara Chapel. Funeral Services will be Tuesday 8PM at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Niagara Chapel. Pastor Pat Nolet will officiate. Burial will be in Niagara Cemetery.
