Patricia F. Klima, 85, of Alpha, Mich. died Saturday, April 5, 2008, at the Iron County Medical Care Facility, Crystal Falls. She was born December 14, 1922, in Chicago, Illinois. Patricia married Walter Klima, he preceded her in death in 1964. Patricia worked as a government inspector for the US Navy for 27 years. In the early 1940's, they moved to Alpha, Mich., where they raised their family. She graduated from the Career Academy for Registered Medical Assistants and attended Medical Technology School, studying hematology. She was a member of Guardian Angels Catholic Church, Crystal Falls. She enjoyed many hobbies including, shopping, traveling, and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Patricia was a member of the VFW Auxillary of Crystal Falls. Patricia is survived by two sons, Robert (Sharon) Klima, Walter Klima, both of Alpha; six grandchildren, Robert Jr., Brian, Brenda, Medea, Walter, Nicole Marie; and seven great-grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband, Walter, Patricia was preceded in death by a daughter, Sue Ann Klima. Visitation will be Thursday, April 10, 2008, from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home, Crystal Falls. Funeral service will be Thursday, 11:00a.m., at the funeral home. Fr. Dino Silvestrini will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Crystal Falls.
