Niagara- Pamela A. Seeger, 67, of Niagara, Wis., passed away Monday, November 16, 2020, at her home. She was born January 3, 1953, daughter of the late Philip and Ethel (Kelenhofer) Hutchins. Pamela grew up in Appleton and was a graduate of Appleton East High School, class of 1971. She married Thomas Seeger on October 27, 1973. Survivors include her loving husband of 47 years, Tom Seeger, and one son, Wayne Seeger. In addition to her parents, Pamela was preceded in death by two infant daughters, Ann and Selena Seeger; one brother, Bob Hutchins; and one sister, Diane Dahl.
