Michael J. Pigeon, 55, of Pembine, Wis., passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at his home.
He was born December 19, 1953, in Green Bay, Wis., son of Clem and Lois (Drapier) Pigeon. Michael married the former Linda Vandevelde on June 16, 1984, at Our Lady of Charity Christian Church, Green Bay. They lived in Green Bay where Michael worked as a distributor for Matco Tool Co. for 15 years.
In 2000, Michael and Linda moved to Pembine, into the house he built. While in Pembine, Michael worked as a carpenter and handyman. He enjoyed his dogs, fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending time outdoors.
Michael is survived by his wife, Linda; his parents Clem and Lois Pigeon; three brothers, Andy Pigeon, William "Bill" (Margaret) Pigeon, both of Green Bay, Pete (Corinne) Pigeon, Appleton, Wis.; two brothers-in-law, Randy (Cindy) Vandevelde, Myron (Judy) Mertens, both of Green Bay; three sisters-in-law, Bonnie (Denis) DeJardin, Amberg, Sandy (Jeff) Warren, Utah, Rose Vandevelde, Pembine; many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Michael's life will be held Saturday, July 18, at their home, N18356 Petite Lane, Pembine, WI. Everyone that has known Mike is welcome to celebrate his life with us from 1-5 p.m.
