Iron River- Michael J. Manfrom, 70, of Iron River, Mich., passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at Freeman Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Kingsford, Mich.
He was born January 11, 1952, in Crystal Fall, Mich., son of the late Lester and Marie (King) Manfrom. Michael grew up in Iron River, Mich., and was a graduate of West Iron County High School. Following graduation, he proudly served in the United States Navy and was stationed in California during his Naval Service from September of 1971 until September of 1978.
Survivors include one son, Michael (Marilyn) Manfrom Jr., Iron River, Mich.; one daughter, Jennifer Manfrom, California; one brother, Roger Manfrom and Nancy; one sister, JoLane Spoke; and one grandson, Elroy Manfrom.
In accordance with Michael's wishes, private family services will be held.
