Mattie Robertson CRYSTAL FALLS — Mattie M. Robertson, 93, of Crystal Falls died Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2002, at Iron County Medical Care Facility in Crystal Falls. Mattie was born March 3, 1909, in Crystal Falls, daughter of the late Charles and Delma Johnson. She lived most of her life in Crystal Falls, having been a school teacher prior to her marriage to Paul Joseph Robertson. He preceded her in death in 1992. Together they had three children who survive them, one son, Allan (Gail) Robertson of Boone, N.C., and two daughters, Constance (Harvey) Allekian of Darien, Ill., and Mary Margaret (Jim) Jefferson of Kansas City, Mo. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Eric, Jennie, Jon, Mary, Laura, Harold, Joseph and Vanessa, and five great-grandchildren, Rachel, Christina, Joanna, David and Donna. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Walter. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday at the United Lutheran Church in Crystal Falls. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the church. Pastor Doug Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Crystal Falls.
