Mary Ann Zajicek, age 70, of Crystal Falls, died Friday, April 7, 2006, at her home. She was born June 26, 1935, in Chicago, Ill. daughter of the late Walter and Bernice Farber. She married George Zajicek. He survives. Survivors besides her husband, George Zajicek, Crystal Falls, include two sons, David (Kathy) Zajicek, Texas, Michael (Diane) Zajicek, Minnesota, and nine grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 15, 2006, at the Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home, Crystal Falls. Rev. Zachary Zajicek will officiate. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Crystal Falls. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of services at the funeral home.
