Georgia- Mary Jane McLain Martin, 69, of Pembroke, Georgia, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, March 4, 2020. Mary was born on November 21, 1950 to the late Robert V. and Charlotte E. Durley McLain in Evergreen Park, Illinois. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church and worked for over 25 years as a secretary with Norfolk Southern.
Mary enjoyed riding motorcycles, target shooting, and collecting train memorabilia. She was a kind and caring woman who loved dogs, birds and enjoyed going to the beach.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, James D. McLain, her twin brother, Father Michael D. McLain and Timothy D. McLain; and by sister-in-law, Christine McDermott McLain.
Survivors include one sister-in-law, Leidelia "Dallys" McLain, of Sycamore, Illinois; niece, Kelly (Bryan) Schieler of Palatine, Illinois; and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces/nephews.
A graveside service will be announced at a later date. Burial will be in Fence Cemetery, Fence, Wis.
