Marion J. Clement, age 98, of Crystal Falls, formerly of Mansfield township, died Thursday, June 8, 2006, at the Iron County Medical Care Facility, Crystal Falls. She was born June 2, 1908, in Iron Mountain, daughter of the late George and Josephine (Archie) Burns. On October 16, 1926, in Iron Mountain she married Albert Clement. He preceded her in death on July 12, 1966. Marion lived in Mansfield township since the age of six. She and Albert raised their family there and Marion remained in Mansfield until 1993 when she entered the Medical Care Facility in Crystal Falls. Survivors include one son, Kenneth (Janet) Clement, Brown Deer, Wis.; 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sons, Albert and Donald Clement; one daughter, Carol Meinolf; two brothers, George and Jack Burns, and three grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, June 11, 2006, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home, Crystal Falls. The funeral mass will be Monday, 10:00 a.m. at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, Crystal Falls. Rev. Dino Silvestrini will officiate. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Crystal Falls.
