Niagara:
Lisa Dawn Pengrazi, age 45, of Niagara, Wis., passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2006, at Dickinson County Healthcare System in Iron Mountain, Michigan, after a long battle with cancer.
She was born February 6, 1961, in Iron Mountain, Mich., daughter of Kenneth Pengrazi and Margaret (Gazza) Hult.
Lisa graduated from Norway High School. She lived in Iron Mountain for a short period of time. She resided for the past four years in Niagara. Lisa worked in the Bakery Department of Marcouiller's in Niagara for a year. She enjoyed shopping with her grandchildren and being with her children, and family. She was also an avid Packer fan, and Brett Favre idol.
Surviving family includes her parents Kenneth Pengrazi, of Iron Mountain, Margaret (Robert) Hult, of Florida; four daughters, Angela (Richard Amundson) Pengrazi, of Niagara, Nicole Skowronek, Sarah Skowronek, and Melissa Skowronek, all who reside at home in Niagara; one brother, Tom Pengrazi, of Iron Mountain; two sisters Patty (Daren Deyaert) Skoglund, of Iron Mountain, Diane (Mike) Weinfurter, of Kingsford; two grandchildren, Ambrielle and Addelynn Amundson both of Niagara; and many nieces and nephews. Lisa also leaves a very special friend, Leonard Johnson of Vulcan, and a compassionate ex-husband, John Skowronek of Minnesota.
Visitation will be Friday, April 21, 2006, from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m., at the Jacobs Funeral Homes Niagara Chapel. Funeral services will be Friday at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Fr. Michael Betley will officiate. Burial will be in Breitung Township Cemetery.
