Iron Mountain- Laura L. McAuliffe, 73, of Iron Mountain, Mich., passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024, at her home.

She was born December 22, 1950, in Northlake, Illinois, to Rose Rogas. Laura grew up and attended school in Northlake, Illinois. She worked as a caregiver for Victoria Pines Estates and married Dennis McAuliffe on May 1, 2015.

Laura enjoyed vegetable gardening, cooking, and bird watching (especially the hummingbirds) and was a continuous donor to Shriners Children's Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, Dennis McAuliffe of Iron Mountain, Mich.; a daughter, Lisa Pusateri, of San Pedro, California; her mother, Rose Rogas; and a great-niece, Amber Hudziak, of Germantown, Wisconsin.

Laura was preceded in death by one sister, Brenda Slyvester, and a nephew, Lynn Slyvester.

In accordance with Laura's wishes, private services were held.
