Lance A. Lagorio, 52, of Spread Eagle, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2012, at his home.
He was born October 25, 1960, in Chicago, Ill., son of the late Robert J. and Marie-Ann (Christianson) Lagorio. Lance grew up in Bannockburn, Ill. He graduated from Deerfield High School in Deerfield, Ill. After graduation, he worked as a mechanic in the Deerfield area for many years, before moving to Spread Eagle in 2009 upon his retirement.
Lance enjoyed many hobbies and could always be found working on a vehicle or fixing something around the yard. He most recently was in the process of building a large outbuilding at his home.
He is survived by his three brothers, Robert Lagorio, Chicago, Ill., Randall (Ann) Lagorio, Oshkosh, Wis., John Lagorio, Libertyville, Ill.; two nephews, Christian and Jacob Lagorio, both of Libertyville; two nieces, Christine Lagorio, New York City, and Dr. Carla (Andrew Tyriver) Lagorio, Eau Claire, Wis.; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
