Obituary

Kathryn F. Kelsey, 67, of Iron Mountain, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2011, at Dickinson County Healthcare System, Iron Mountain. She was born on June 17, 1944, in Iron Mountain, daughter of the late Henry and Shirley (Sundquist) Sacotte. Kathryn grew up in Pembine and graduated from Pembine High School. She married Robert Kelsey and they resided in Menominee, Mich., before moving to Quinnesec and in 2010 to Iron Mountain. Kathryn enjoyed canoeing with her husband, making afghans, playing pogo, and especially spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Gordon "Sam" (Valerie) Key, Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., Robert (Laurie) Key, Clarksville, Tenn.; one daughter, Deanna (Larry) Johnson, Quinnesec; two brothers, Henry (Jeanie) Sacotte, Jr., Pembine, Wis., Mike (Margaret) Sacotte, Racine, Wis.; one sister Mary (John) Corbin, Suamico, Wis.; nine grandchildren, Valerie (Micheal), Elizabeth, Stephanie, Brittney, Courtney, Josh (Emily), Jenna, Jessica, and Riley; three great-grandchildren, Garrett, Tomas, and Ayden; nieces and nephews. The visitation will be Friday, July 22, 2011, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain. The funeral service will be 4:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home. Rev.
