Justice Nicole Miller, 11 years old, of Kingsford, Mich., passed away Friday, April 2, 2010, at Dickinson County Healthcare System, Iron Mountain. She was born August 12, 1998, in Iron Mountain, daughter of Nicole M. Hood. Justice was a student at North Elementary School, Iron Mountain. Survivors include, her mother, Nicole (Joe Harteau) Hood, Kingsford, two sisters, Harmony Grailer, Destiny Grailer, one brother, Joseph Weinfurter, all of Kingsford; two step-sisters, Allyson Harteau, Madison Harteau; her maternal grandmother, Patricia Miller, Norway; step-grandfather, Myron LaBonte, Norway; maternal great-grandparents, Rita LaChance, Perly (Fran) Hood, Merriman; one cousin, Naveyah Winebarger; two aunts, Lindsey Miller, Iron Mountain, Elizabeth Miller, Norway; one step-uncle, Cory LaBonte; one step-aunt, Pamela LaBonte; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, Austin Tibbs and her maternal grandfather, Harold Miller.
