Judy L. Murray, 53, of Iron Mountain, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2007, at her daughter's home. She was born January 24, 1954 daughter of the late Rosair and Jeanne (Schofield) Murray. Judy was a lifelong resident of Iron Mountain. She worked as a nurses aid at many nursing homes in the area. Judy also worked for Skerbeck Carnival for many years. She enjoyed crocheting, listening to music, and fishing. Judy is survived by one son, Jerry Murray, Kingsford, Mich.; one daughter, Samantha (James Perotti) Murray-Hughes, Iron Mountain; special friend, Jeff Eldridge; two sisters, Laura Robertson, Kingsford, Jessica Arais, Iron Mountain; three grandchildren, Andromeda, Saraya, Jazmyn; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Besides her parents, Judy was preceded in death by two brothers, Roy and Jerry Murray. Visitation will be Friday, April 27, 2007, from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at Maranatha Assembly of God. The memorial service will be Friday, 5:00 PM, at the church. Pastor David Wilton will officiate.
