Iron Mountain:
Joyce J. Romagnoli, age 78, of Quinnesec, Michigan, died Sunday, September 26, 2004, at Dickinson Memorial Hospital in Iron Mountain, Michigan.
She was born in Iron Mountain on November 18, 1925, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Ada (Peterson) Paige. She attended and graduated from Quinnesec High School in 1943. She married Henry Romagnoli on January 20, 1945, at a ceremony in Loretto. Joyce worked for the US Census in 1960, and for the Breitung Township Schools for ten years. She loved her family and took care of her children. She was a member of the Iron Mountain-Kingsford Woman's Club. Her hobbies were cross stitching, crafts, cooking and baking.
Survivors include her husband Henry, two sons Dwight Romagnoli of Kingsford, and Ted (Stephanie) Romagnoli of Muscatine, Iowa; and four grandchildren, Pat (Amy) Romagnoli of Kingsford, Michael (Leslie) Romagnoli of Bloomington, Illinois, Quinn Romagnoli and Elizabeth Romagnoli of Muscatine, Iowa.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Kathleen Person.
Private family services were held.
She was an avid reader and patron of the Dickinson County Library and memorials
can be made to the Library in Joyce's name.
