Josephine "Josie" M. Ziol died peacefully at Golden Living Center in Florence at the age of 100 on March 8, 2012. She was born on Dec. 19, 1911, in Milwaukee. Josie loved to do crossword puzzles, loved music, and her friends at Golden Living Center. She loved her family, and her special friend "Molly" the dog, who she shared at the center. Her motto was, "You can do it Josephine," and she did. Josie is survived by one son Richard (Darlene) Ziol; grandchildren, Sandra (Kevin) Geisler, Judy (Allen) Filo, Susan (Daniel) Bautch, and Daniel (Nancy) Grabarczyk. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley, son, Stanley Jr., grandchildren, Rick and Joey Ziol, and Denise Fuchs, and eleven siblings. The visitation will be Tuesday, March 13, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at St. Rita Catholic Church, (2318 S. 61st. St., Milwaukee, WI). The Memorial Mass will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday at the church. Private inurnment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Thank you Father Matt and Golden Living Center.
