John Sebert of Tipler, WI died Monday, August 14, 2006 at the Iron County Community Hospital of Iron River, Mich. He was born September 28, 1936, in Berlin, Wisconsin, son of the late Jack and Evelynn (Kaatz) Sebert. John loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed riding his John Deere. He loved people and could entertain everyone around him with his wonderful stories. John was a people person and had a passion for selling cars as an automotive executive. His most important passion was his loving family. Loving husband and survived by his wife Kathleen (Metropulos) Sebert and best father to John Jr., Dawn and Jeannie. He was grandfather of four and great grandfather to seven. Best friend to thousands. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter; Jeannnie Sebert, a brother; Kenneth Sebert, and a sister; MaryLynn Sebert. A celebration of his life will be held at his home in Tipler at 1:00pm on Saturday, August 19, 2006.
