John "Jack" Wallace Ross, Iron River, passed away, Friday, February 26, 2010, at the age of 76 while a patient at Iron County Medical Care Facility, Crystal Falls. He was born March 16, 1933, in Iron River, son of the late Wilson and Blanche (Greig) Ross. Jack was a life-long resident of Iron River. Survivors include, three sisters, Joyce Girvin, Long Beach, Calif., Shirlee Cordeiro, Las Vegas, Nev., LaRayne Ross, Torrance, Calif.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, George Ross. The Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home, Crystal Falls, is serving the family. A private family memorial service will be held in the spring with burial in Resthaven Cemetery, Iron River.
