John A. Bielawski, 60, of Goodman, Wis., passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2010, at his home. He was born March 1, 1950, in Milwaukee, Wis., son of Jerome and the late Maureen (Boehnen) Bielawski. John grew up and graduated from high school in Milwaukee. He attended technical school in Wausau, Wis., earning a degree in Laser Technology. John resided in Wausau for 10 years before moving to Colorado where he worked for Storage Technology, Longmont, Colo. In 1986, John moved to Chicago, Ill., and then to Goodman in 1987, where he worked as a Disc Jockey for K93 FM. John enjoyed listening to music, playing guitar, playing pool, and traveling. He is survived by a son, Justin Simonar, Byers, Colo.; a daughter, Brooke Allison, Lakewood, Colo.; his father, Jerome Bielawski, Wauwatosa, Wis.; a sister, Jane Bielawski, Snohomish, Wash.; and one special niece, Michelle Bielawski, Goodman.
