Iron Mountain: Jo Ann Beaudin age 63, of Loretto, Michigan passed away Friday February 24, 2006 at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital in Iron Mountain. Jo Ann was born on February 14, 1943 in Marquette, Michigan daughter of the late Edward and Josephine (Prusse) Eck. She married William Beaudin on February 6, 1962 in Marquette. Jo Ann graduated from John D. Pierce High School in Marquette. After being married they resided in Marquette only briefly before moving to Iron Mountain in 1963. She worked for over fifteen years at Hyland Nursing Home in Iron Mountain as a Nurses Aid. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Iron Mountain. Jo Ann enjoyed crafting, collecting dolls and teddy bears. Jo Ann is survived by her husband of 44 years William, and one step sister Trudy Gleason of Phoenix, Arizona. Besides her parents Jo Ann is preceded by, one brother Harold Eck. Visitation will be Tuesday February 28, from 1-4p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home in Iron Mountain. Funeral services will be Tuesday 4p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Keith Wall will officiate. Burial will be in Dickinson County Memorial Gardens in Iron Mountain.
