Crystal Falls – Janet F. Krueger, 92, of Crystal Falls, Mich., passed away, Thursday, November 21, 2019, at Florence Health Services, Florence, Wisc. She was born on February 18, 1927, in Chicago, Ill., daughter of the late James Lester and Aleada (Lund) McKinzie. Janet grew up in Illinois and graduated New Trier High School in Winnetka, Ill. She married Allan Krueger in Glenview, Ill., at the Community Church. They were married for over 50 years; Allan preceded her in death on September 1, 2009. Janet worked for Baxter Laboratory, Glenora Dairy Farms and as a secretary for an Orthodontist all while living in Illinois. She was a very active member of the Community Church in Glenview where she served on the ladies' aide. Janet along with her husband enjoyed their home on Runkle Lake for many years. She is survived by two sons James Krueger and John Krueger both of Crystal Falls; eight grandchildren Andrew (Amanda), Kathy, Jenny (Richard), Jamie, Joanna, Chris, Mike and Peter. In addition to her parents and husband Allan, Janet was preceded in death by one sister Lillian Dault. A visitation and celebration of Janet's life will be held Saturday, November 30, 2019, 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at the Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home, Crystal Falls, Mich.
